A limited number of mats are available during the day for anyone who needs a safe place to sleep.

Shelter Cots

Beds area available for men and women in need of short term emergency shelter.  Once you are checked in, your bed is yours until you check out.  Cot residents can access their bed and the main lounge throughout the day.

Supportive Housing

The 2nd and 3rd floors of Wapiti House accommodates individuals who are low income and have barriers to housing resulting from mental health symptoms or substance use. Onsite support for residents is provided in partnership with Alberta Health Services.

Supportive housing is available by referral only.

Foundations – Sober Living Centre

Foundations Sober Living is a Middle-Step for individuals coming out of long-term addiction counselling, awaiting treatment, or in-between detox and treatment programs.

During their stay, residents of the facility can access support from the Wapiti Community Support Association.

This interim program aims to address availability of housing / the gaps in services for individuals abstaining from drugs and alcohol.
